These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the CarMate mobile application and associated services, operated by Rafiq Al-Markabah Trading Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Description of Services

CarMate acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting customers with independent third-party automotive service providers. CarMate does not own, manage, or directly provide any car wash, detailing, or maintenance services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity, and be authorized under Saudi law to use this Platform.

4. User Accounts

You must register an account using accurate and complete information and are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.

5. Service Providers

Service Providers are independent contractors. CarMate is not liable for their performance, services, or legal compliance.

6. Payments

Payments may be facilitated via secure third-party gateways compliant with SAMA. CarMate is not liable for payment disputes.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Policies are set by each Service Provider. CarMate may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds.

8. Disclaimer Regarding Service Provider Verification

Listing on the platform does not imply endorsement or verification of service quality. Users should conduct their own due diligence.

9. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarMate against any claims or liabilities arising from their use or misuse of the Platform.

10. Force Majeure

CarMate shall not be liable for failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, or service outages.

11. Consent for Location & Notifications

Users consent to the use of location data and receiving communications such as SMS and push notifications, with opt-out options.

12. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the Platform for unlawful activities, submit false information, or violate any applicable laws.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is the property of CarMate or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

14. Termination

CarMate may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Saudi law, and disputes shall be resolved in Riyadh courts unless arbitration is agreed.

16. Amendments
