1. Introduction

CarMate, operated by مؤسسة متعب عبدالرحمن الذكير التجارية ("we", "our", or "us"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

2. Data Collection

We collect personal data such as name, contact details, location, and payment information when you use the CarMate platform.

We also count, anonymously, how visits move through a workshop's page (for example: opened the page, chose a service, booked) so workshops can see totals in their statistics. These counts use a random identifier that lasts only for your browser session, are never linked to your account, and are deleted after about 13 months. Workshops only see totals, never who visited.

We also count visits to the site, to know how many people visit, which pages they open, where they came from (for example a search engine or a link shared on social media) and what kind of device they use. This uses no cookies and stores no IP address or account: each visit keeps only a one-way code made from that day's random key with your connection's address and browser type, and the key is deleted when the day ends, so the code can't be traced back to you. These counts are deleted after about 13 months, and only CarMate's administrators see the totals.

3. Data Usage

We use your data to provide services, process payments, manage user accounts, and improve our platform.

4. Data Sharing

We may share your data with service providers and payment processors as necessary to deliver services. We do not sell personal data.

5. Data Protection

We implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your personal data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, subject to the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law.
